Ray of hope, anyone? Pat Symonds of Williams saying Merc suffered strong tyre degradation today that reminded him of 2012. Of course, at 2 seconds a lap one can generally afford an extra pit stop. Nije da nema logike. Vidit ćemo Å”ta je na tom području. Sjetimo se samo 2013., Mercedesovih pole positiona a zatim katastrofalnih utrka.
U razumnu srcu mudrost počiva, a Ŕto je u bezumnom, to se i pokaže.

Samo da se nadovežem na svoj gornji post: Vettel je vozio zadnje krugove oko 1:30 na hardu i onda je počeo spuŔtat na niskih 1:29, dok Robberg na softu je kružio oko 1:31

Nije da želim nesreću Mercedesu, ali ukoliko je njihov bolid već toliko dominantan, ne bi bilo loÅ”e da ih gume malo izjednače s ostalima... :)

Koji sam ja baksuz, tri minute prije kraja testova nađem Movistar F1, kanal koji se svakog dana često javljao sa staze. Imaju i neki studio iznad tribina sa pogledom na bokseve, nekoliko kamera u paddocku i repotere, evo neka upravo priča sa Sainzom. Jako dobro, iako ne razumijem ni riječi. :mrgreen:
Moraću ovo zapamtiti za sledeću godinu...

17:47: Vettelovi posljednji krugovi: 1.29,7 - 1.30,1 - 1.31,2 - 1.29,8 ..... i posljednja dva su: 1.29,7 i 1.29,8 u stintu od 25 krugova na hardu.

Lady, vjerovato zato Å”to su im glavni problem tvrđe komponente kao Å”to je Rosberg naglasio. A i dovoljno je vidjeti u njihovom slučaju performanse na softu da im/nam bude sve jasno ;) :mrgreen:

Jer ih uopće nisu naručili od Pirellija - nisu ih imali.
A i da bi dobili neke relevantne podatke bi trebalo stisnuti, a mislim da bi se nakon poŔtenog vremena na SS ostali samo povukli u garaže :mrgreen:

kao Ŕto sam rekao....
Mercedes ne koristi "blown axle" sustav, samo Ferrari, Mclaren i RB ga zasad koriste...

Koliko se sjećam proÅ”le sezone Mercedes je uvijek imao problema u kvalifikacijama na super softu. Pa i jedini pole im je ukrao Massa na super softu. U Brazilu su imali odsta problema sa Williamsom, u Kanadi su izgubili trku na super-softu (mada ne zbog guma), u Njemčakoj i Bottas i Massa su bili jako blizu Rosbergu, a ni u Singapuru razlika ispred dva RB-a nije bila tako velika...

Odgovor je jednostavan nije bilo potebe.

Zato jer se supersoft koristi uMonarcu,Kanadi,Austriji, Singapuru-- na stazama gdje degrdacija guma nije toliko značajna te će na tim stazama imati vremena testiati petkom gume.

Testiraju se razne stvari, aerodinamičke komponente,pouzdanost, za tu vrstu subile predviđene nemarkirane gume.
Dok su za kvalifikacije i simulaciju utrke predviđene ostale gume te su se odlučili jdnostavno za soft varijantu.
No gidra, no party.
