There will be a significant upgrade to the ERS system after summer break and that along with a major chassis upgrade about the same time should bode well for RBR in the second half of the season.

Smanjit kilažu na minimum, novi ERS i šasija poslije ljetne pauze, i ima da lagano ovo privedu kraju.

Dieter's Diary: Honda name to return to F1
I pick up that Red Bull and Honda are close to announcing an alternate engine deal – which started as a full works supply arrangement for both Red Bull teams, then mutated into an in-house project with Red Bull acquiring the intellectual rights and producing engines in Milton Keynes after Honda formally withdrew from F1 last year. When that proved tight, Honda agreed to supply 'white label' engines from Japan.
However, the issue is IP: by holding Honda's IP, Red Bull – even if the rights are unused – may not be viewed as a new engine supplier under F1's 2026 regulations, which provide development concessions to a newcomer, which Red Bull Powertrains, currently being set up in Milton Keynes, aims to be. The story goes that Red Bull will relinquish the IP rights, with Honda returning as low-key supplier with on-car branding.
It's always seemed strange that Red Bull would hold IP rights it no longer intends using, while Honda remains almost invisible despite supplying the reigning world champion with power units. Honda’s approach to F1 over the years has been one of F1's bigger mysteries. The question, though, is will the relinquishing of the IP rights be enough for Red Bull to be viewed as a newcomer in the eyes of the opposition?

Smrdilo je to već u subotu, kad nije mogao ubaciti u rikverc. Mozda pricam gluposti ali eto poklopilo se s tim i odustajanjem.

Svašta se nagađa. Od objave Red Bull - Porsche saradnje, do objave da je Audi kupio Sauber. Šta Hondini predstavnici tu znače? Možda su tu zbog sastanka o novim motorima, koji bi napokon trebali biti finalizirani. A ako će se vraćati, a ovo gore sa Porscheom i Red Bullom bude istina, onda se možda i ona priča Honda - AlphaTauri ostvari.

Hondini šefovi ne idu bzvz. na utrke.
Kad je trebalo potpisat partnerstvo rb-honda bili su u Monaco 2018.
A što se kuha stvarno ne znam, ali sigurno je bolje za nas od trenutnog deala.

But according to Auto Motor und Sport, there could be a bigger issue in play with Red Bull’s RB18 once again sorely overweight.
According to Andrew Haupt, the RB18 has gained some weight again after the recent upgrades that Red Bull have brought. It is said to be around 10kg over the minimum weight.
He added that it is ‘around ten kilos above the minimum weight’ while the ‘Ferrari is said to be around 798 kilos.’
This was a problem for Red Bull around the Red Bull Ring on Sunday.
‘Red Bull scratched their heads. The team did not recognise their own car. It took the tyres a lot harder than in the sprint,’ the AMuS report continues.
Znači rb je opet teži i jede gume.
