Odličan je Ocon i svaku trku vozi odlično te nema velikih oscilacija što je jako velika pohvala za ovako mladog vozača. Ne bih se čudio da ga za koju godinu pokupi Mercedes. Ovakve vožnje, diskutabilno, nisu imali ni najbolji.

Ocon i Verstappen mi jedini "mladi vozači" od trenutnog grida izgledaju kao da mogu imat ono nešto za osvajanje titule iz različitih razloga. Po meni Ocon me podsjeća na Prosta sa svojom konstantom, dok Max na Sennu sa svojom brzinom.

Dobra usporedba Prost i Senna / Ocon i Verstappen.
Ne bih se čudio ako bi njih dva vozila u istoj momčadi ( ), u doglednoj F1 budućnosti.

Paaaaaa...... da i ne.

Moj prvi izbor je Fernando Alonso.
Zatim Nico Hulkenberg.
A u Estebana Ocona se tek "zaljubljujem" ........ pa, o tom - potom ( još se prema mojem mišljenju treba dokazivati - a što se tiče Sergia, Esteban ga je nadmašio, i to radi već duže vrijeme ).

Esteban: Racing in Mexico is good fun. I am expecting the atmosphere to be fantastic: I had a taste of it last year and the final sector, going through the stadium, is impressive. Motorsport and Formula One are very important for the Mexican fans and to hear them cheering every lap feels very special. “The track is great. You can find a very good rhythm and you can overtake. The stadium section is very slow and it bunches up the cars just before the very long straight. There are some special corners as well and it’s just a cool track. Turns one and four are good opportunities for overtaking so I am expecting some action through that part of the lap. “I have a Mexican teammate so this is a special race for the team. Sergio is very popular in Mexico, but I hope there will be a very warm welcome for me as well – similar to what I had last year. Sergio and I had a few difficulties earlier in the year, but we’re good now and there’s a lot of respect between us. We work together for the team to get the best performance possible and I hope all fans will respect that.”

Mene je sramota kako je razvalio kvalifikacije.

Šteta, što nije uspio zadržati treću poziciju,...... da je bio neki peh od vodećih..... uspio bi.

Ocon je uz Hamiltona jedini vozač koji je završio sve utrke u F1 2017. Bodove nije osvojio jedino u Monaku dok je Hamilton na svim utrkama osvajao bodove.

Otmar Szafnauer: "We would release Esteban [if Mercedes comes knocking]. He is a Mercedes driver. Mercedes has financed his career and therefore they have a certain right to him. We would not want to deny him the chance to race in a top team for the world championship."

Force India has acknowledged it may lose Esteban Ocon after 2018.

The impressive young Frenchman is staying alongside Sergio Perez next year, but he also remains part of the Mercedes driver programme. And with Valtteri Bottas having struggled at times in the second part of 2017, Mercedes could be looking to replace the Finn for 2019.

Until then, Force India is happy with its drivers but planning to add a regular third driver to the team for 2018, with a view to potentially replacing Ocon the year after.
