Ja sam mišljenja da će se McLaren slijedeće sezone boriti tu sa Renaultom za 5. ili 4. poziciju u konstruktorima...imam osjećaj da je zbog Hondinog motora McLaren mogao raditi "čuda" sa šasijom, zbog nižeg težišta Hondinog PU.
Ne smijemo zaboraviti i što je Franz Tost rekao kada je vidio nacrte Hondinog motora...ostao je u čudu i odmah je rekao nešto u stilu "a zato je McLaren imao dobru šasiju".

U biti nije našao sponzora, ako ne računamo tipa ponudu pago soka od cca 500000 eura. Žalosno je na što je McLaren spao. Stvarno su spali na margine F1.
