McGuinnessa nece niko zamjeniti, vec ce Guy nastupati solo za Hondu Racing. Prica se da je Honda ipak pronasla nesto brzine za vrijeme nedavnih testiranja, pa eto trunka nade za dobrim rezultatom na TT-u

Držim fige na rukama i nogama, treba vidjeti kako će to izgledati na treninzima, možda tu uspiju naći vremena.....

Danas prvi trening, nakon toga od ponedjeljka treninzi i kvale. Trke pocinju od 03.06. Zanimaju me treninzi jer na njima mnogi pritišću da vide svoj pace, kvale su manje bitne za vecinu vozaca. Neki vole cistinu ispred sebe, a neki vole guzvu jer ih to "povuce".

Tnx. Pod stare dane imam više vremena za gledanje. Sjećam se Emila Mokrovčaka kada je sa Kawom od Darena Dimitrijevića vozio TT Man. Znam da je to bila senzacija i od onda počinje ljubav prema cestovnim utrkama kasnije je to malo izbljedilo a sa bumom interneta se sve vraća. TT, brdo, Nordschleife i sad zadnje vrijeme trke oldtimera. Polako se gleda ponuda trkaćih kaciga i rukavica te neke alfe, bembure ili fordovi a možda opel iz 60 ili 70 pa polako prema penzijici i haklanju zavoja na oldtimer trkama i relijima.

Emil je bio drugi u kategoriji pocetnika sto je odlican rezultat. Slazem se, bumom interneta
TT je postao jako popularan. Bas sam neki dan procitao da je prosle godine TT gledalo 30 milijuna ljudi, a minimalno je 5 milijuna jos pratilo preko streamova. Kazu da svake godine gledanost i posjecenost bude 25% veca.

Trening otkazan, zbog magle na mjestu gdje je bolnicki helikopter. U ostalim vijestima Lee Johnson vozi za Padggets Hondu.

evo jos vijesti. Isle of Man TT dobiva svoju drugu video igricu koja ce izaci za xbox pc i playstation 4. Igra je skoro pa dovrsena i radila se pod mentorstvom John McGuninnessa i ostalih vozaca. John je impresioniram realisticnim ponasanjem motora, realisticnim dojmom brzine i nevjerojatnom detaljnoscu igrice. Rekao je da igrica svakako.moze pomoci svi novim vozacima kao priprema za TT. Wow, jedva cekam igru

“TT Isle of Man” videogame will be released this Autumn for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles and PC and it will be distributed worldwide.

John McGuinness gave some very useful thoughts too, after playing the game at the Sefton Hotel. He highlighted the impressive realism of “TT Isle of Man” videogame and suggested a few interesting improvements: “You need to make the bike move a lot more in the bumpy sections, that aren’t just from Ginger Hall to Ramsey. The bike needs to wheel more in some points“.

John also gave some essential recommendations about the exact gears in some sections. “I never play videogames but this one is fantastic. Lines are perfect, I can really use mine. It gives you an incredible feeling of speed, thanks also to the sound of the wind. And it will be 100% helpful for the Isle of Man newcomers”.

Bigben will proceed with the development of the game thanks to these precious insights, too. But they need to do one more thing before leaving the Isle of Man, that is recording Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson’s voice: “Attention paddock, attention paddock, five minutes to the start of the race”.

#iomtt Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson has advised that tonight's TT qualifying session is cancelled due to thick mist from Guthries to Kate's Cottage as well as heavy rain on the Mountain section with no chance of the course drying in time.
Tomorrow's session will now run as follows:
18.20 Speed controlled session solo newcomers
18.25 Speed controlled session sidecar newcomers
18.35 Superbike/ Superstock/ Supersport/ Newcomers (all classes ex Lightweight)
19.20 to 19.50 Supersport/ Lightweight Newcomers (all solo classes) Qualifying
19.55 to 20.50 Sidecars

Honda promjenila elektroniku.

It’s fair to say it’s been a tough year so far for the Honda Racing squad, with star rider John McGuinness ruled out of this year’s TT after a nasty crash at the North West 200 earlier this month and Guy Martin struggling to find the pace on his road racing return.

But there could be light at the end of the tunnel for the Louth-based squad after a positive test at Castle Combe last week saw Guy Martin feeling much more comfortable with the Fireblade CBR1000RR SP2 after a switch from Honda’s kit electronics system to the MoTeC system used by their British Superbike team.

The switch comes after the team have so far been unable to identify the cause of McGuinness’ North West crash, with the 23-time TT winner having reported the incident was caused by his throttle sticking open/engine not shutting off. While post-crash checks revealed the machine was mechanically sound, the squad have been unable to retrieve the data from the machine’s ECU to establish the cause.
