2) Too worried about image over good/hard work(he stated the place reminded him of a museum that was cleaned/dusted every hour with no touching aloud)
3) Too many chiefs
4) Too many departments(no sharing of info between departments)
5) No guidance or plans with timelines(ran like clowns in a circus....everybody working for themselves)
6)Talk/brag too much like Futball fans do
