The FIA has confirmed the changes in the Formula 1 calendar for the season ahead. The calendar retained the original number of 23 races, but with changes in the order of the races. Due to existing restrictions imposed in China due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, the Chinese GP will not be held on the originally planned date, while the season will start with the Bahrain GP on March 28 instead of the originally planned Australian GP. Also, a race in Imola has been added to the calendar.
Date | Utrka |
March 28 | Bahrain (Sakhir) |
April 18 | Italy (Imola) |
May 2 | [not yet decided] |
May 9 | Spain (Barcelona) |
May 23 | Monaco |
June 6 | Azerbaijan (Baku) |
June 13 | Canada (Montreal) |
June 27 | France (Le Castellet) |
July 4 | Austria (Spielberg) |
July 18 | United Kingdom (Silverstone) |
August 1 | Hungary |
August 29 | Belgium (Spa) |
September 5 | Netherlands (Zandvoort) |
September 12 | Italy (Monza) |
September 26 | Russia (Sochi) |
October 3 | Singapore |
October 10 | Japan (Suzuka) |
October 24 | USA (Austin) |
October 31 | Mexico (Mexico City) |
November 7 | Brazil (Sao Paulo) |
November 21 | Australia (Melborune) |
December 5 | Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) |

The calendar is still subject to change, either because of the CoVid-19 pandemic or because of the various approvals required to hold a race like the one in Saudi Arabia.

Not that something will be missing. At least the season will start at normal times. 😉
It would be logical for some European track to fly in for 2.5.

Too bad I was hoping to watch Turkey again, but lo and behold…. procession in Italy, although as of this year they tend to insert fake safety emperors, so maybe there will be some lucky podium like this year in Imola: thumbs:

It depends on Hamilton's strategy. They don’t know in advance when the safety car will.

I think that on the pulsmedia portal you should introduce AGAINST WHO you are cheering for, and NOT FOR WHOM, judging by the frequent comments here :)

And in the MSC era, cheering against protiv is nothing new or unusual

I didn’t say it was new, just still tragicomic, as it was in the MSC era, so it was in the Vettel or Hamilton era :)

JOS VERSTAPPEN: IT WOULD BE BEST IF MAX AND LEWIS WERE IN THE SAME CAR
Bring it on! My wishes are Ham in RB for 2021.
Maybe there is still smoke around it :)

We also saw more shocking unfoldings.
I will be sorry for Perez and Gasly in that case.

It's thin smoke :)
Although we still don’t have official confirmation, I’m pretty sure Hamilton will be driving this season in a Mercedes.
We'll see.

That is the most likely, but I, as a fan, got bored of Bottas. I would love to see Ham against Max, Lec, Russell….

Here’s when the calendar is here what Ham says for some of the races.
"Of course the human rights issue is a persistent and massive problem in some of the places we go," he said.
“I think this year has shown how important it is not just for us as a sport, but for all sports around the world is to use the platforms they have to push for change. I think we took a step in that direction, but we can always do more.
“Some steps have been taken for the countries we are going to, but it is important to ensure that they are implemented in the right way so that we do not just say we are going to do something, but actually see it something is done. It will take some work behind the scenes from all of us. ”
